You are a trainer in the psychosocial field and you are interested in networking yourself and/or your school, association or organization professionally and you want to contribute together with us to improve the mental health of society? Then it’s worth taking a look at our collective membership.
All collective members of the SGfB offer training to become a counselor. The SGfB has examined and recognized the listed training courses. They represent psychologically oriented counseling directions from individual, couple and family counseling as well as from the environment of counseling groups, institutions and organizations.
As a collective member you are part of a broad network. Together we are committed, among other things, to the recognition and awareness of the profession of “psychosocial counselor”. With the membership your training courses are examined and recognized by us. In this way, we jointly ensure a high standard of quality and an improvement in mental health for society as a whole.
As a collective member, you have the opportunity to offer your clients easier access to the Higher Professional Examination. In addition, after successful completion, your students are entitled to use the protected specialist title “Consultant SGfB”, “Consultant SGfB” or “Counsellor SGfB”.
As a collective member you will be represented by delegates at the SGfB General Assembly and have double voting and election rights.

The application form is submitted together with the dossier (in duplicate) to the SGfB secretariat. The application fee of CHF 800.– must be paid in advance. The annual fee is CHF 1’250.–.
